Cancellation refunds are based on the schedule and time elapsed before or during the course.
| When you cancel | Refund Entitlement |

| 4 weeks or more before the start date | 100% full refund |
| 3 weeks before the start date | 75% of the amount paid |
| 2 weeks before the start date | 50% of the amount paid |
| 1 week before the start date | 25% of the amount paid |
| Less than 1 week before, or after, the start date | No refund applicable |
| If the batch is cancelled or postponed by Samkalp | 100% full refund or free batch transfer |
* Refund percentage is based on how far in advance of the batch start date you request cancellation. Batch deferral to a later intake is also available upon request.
